By accessing or using the VELMAX platform, website, mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including fleet operators, drivers, administrators, and any other individuals who access the platform on behalf of a company or organization.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

VELMAX provides a cloud-based fleet management platform that includes electronic logging device (ELD) compliance tools, GPS fleet tracking, dashcam integration, vehicle diagnostics, trip management, and related reporting and analytics features.

The Service is designed to help fleet operators maintain compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations, improve driver safety, and optimize fleet operations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect your use of the platform.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. VELMAX will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Each user account is intended for a single individual. Sharing login credentials between multiple people is not permitted and may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the Service to violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation, including FMCSA Hours of Service rules.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service. You may not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without prior written consent.

You may not use the Service to transmit any malicious software, interfere with the operation of the platform, or engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or its infrastructure.

The Service, including all software, content, designs, logos, trademarks, and documentation, is the exclusive property of VELMAX or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform or its content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these terms.

Any data you upload or generate through the Service remains your property. However, you grant VELMAX a limited license to process, store, and transmit that data as necessary to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VELMAX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

VELMAX's total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.

Either party may terminate the Service agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will cease immediately.

VELMAX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct that may harm the Service, other users, or VELMAX.

Upon termination, we will make your data available for export for a period of thirty (30) days. After that period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or business operations. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
